Brock Hebert is a former professional infielder from Houma, Louisiana, who starred at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2010–2012, earning Southland Conference Player of the Year honors after hitting .374 with 36 stolen bases as a junior. He was selected by the Seattle Mariners in the 14th round of the 2012 MLB Draft and went on to play six seasons in the minor leagues, showcasing defensive versatility across the infield and outfield while posting a .250 career average with 63 stolen bases. With years of high-level playing experience and a deep understanding of the game, he brings elite baseball knowledge and insight to every level he works with.

Thomas Amador played four years of high school baseball at Houma Christian, earning All-District honors in three of those seasons. He went on to play collegiately at the University of New Orleans (UNO) for two years. With three years of coaching experience, Thomas brings both playing knowledge and leadership to the field.

Hunter Haas is a professional infielder in the Tampa Bay Rays organization, known for his defensive versatility across shortstop, second base, and third base. A Phoenix native, he starred at Corona del Sol High School and earned a spot on the USA Baseball 18U National Team before playing college baseball at Arizona State and Texas A&M, where he became an All-Regional selection and Golden Spikes Award semifinalist. Drafted in the 4th round of the 2023 MLB Draft, Haas continues to develop as a dependable, athletic infielder with strong instincts and the tools to advance through the Rays’ system.

Before joining Nicholls, DeSandro competed with the varsity baseball program for five seasons, earning All-District honors as a freshman, sophomore, and junior, and All-State recognition as a sophomore and junior.
At Nicholls State University, DeSandro became a steady presence on the mound from 2020 to 2024, recording 14 wins, 3 saves, and 157 strikeouts over 230 innings pitched with a 4.70 ERA. He played a key role in helping lead the Colonels to NCAA Regionals in Tuscaloosa and Corvallis.

DeSandro has continued to share his knowledge as a coach for the farm and providing private pitching and skill lessons for the past four years, helping develop the next generation of players.

Parker Coddou is a Thibodaux, Louisiana native and E.D. White Catholic alumnus who excelled as a left-handed hitting shortstop for Nicholls State University. Throughout his career with the Colonels, he earned multiple Southland Conference honors, including First Team All-Conference and All-Defensive Team recognition in 2023, Third Team All-Conference in 2022, and Second Team All-Conference in 2024. He was also a consistent academic standout, making the Southland All-Academic Team three times, highlighted by a First Team selection in 2023 and a senior-year honor with a 3.40 GPA. In 2024, Coddou started all 58 games as the leadoff hitter, posting a .282 average with 71 hits, 17 doubles, 6 home runs, 40 RBIs, and 65 runs scored. Known for his reliability, baseball IQ, and strong two-way performance, he finished his Nicholls career as one of the program’s most decorated and consistent all-around players.

Strength and Conditioning Coach

A four-year outfielder at the University of  Arkansas at Monticello, Joseph Brouillette brings his collegiate playing experience and passion for player development to every lesson.   He is also the head coach of the 8U Farm System Prospects.

In addition to leading the 8U program, Brouillette oversees the strength and conditioning program at The Farm, where he applies his background in exercise science to help young athletes build strength, speed, and overall athleticism. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from UAM and emphasizes discipline, fundamentals, and long-term development in his coaching approach.
